A new smart airlock from CraftLab

When Plaato shut down their cloud, we kept their airlocks and keg scales alive with AirlockRevival – today 75+ airlocks and 25+ keg scales are connected, completely free. Now we're designing our own smart airlock from scratch.

What we're working on

  • Counts bubbles and tracks fermentation in real time – right on your phone
  • Designed to work locally – the cloud is an optional extra, not a requirement
  • USB-C power
  • Removable insert that's easy to clean
  • Sealed, dark body with no parts that swell in water
  • Open data – we want to support integrations with other brewing tools

The airlock is still in development. There's no price or launch date yet, and we don't take pre-orders.
